The best middle aged cheddar we could find in the state. Never bitter or medicinal in the finish - sweet, just enough tang, and some of those addictive crunchy bits that all good aged cheeses have.
Honestly, a subtle difference exists between this one and it's older brother the 8 year cheddar. I would say it is a connoisseur's difference really.
