Sweet and creamy cheddar with a touch of bleu, rolled in raw crushed pistachios. 

Can lowbrow taste this high? Why is it so addicting? Can it actually work as a draftsnake? 

We dunno, but it is really hard not to consume large amounts of this one in a single sitting.
(The Mice in mid summer market busyness have been known to make a sup from 1/2 a log and a box of water crackers. Just know that you've been warned.)

(Again, they're a little bigger - about 19 or 20 ounces per log, hence the slightly raised price.)
