The magicians and alchemists at Cypress Grove have on the surface made a lovely aged Dutch style Gouda using goat's milk. 
That can't be the whole story because this cheese veers into the realm of trying to describe a really good dark chocolate. You end up starry eyed and howling in the night - frustrated at the indescribable magic of the whole thing but under it's spell enough to be a wordless poet.
